Starbucks is synonymous with the holidays, so how do we reimagine the experience while ensuring we retain the parts that draw millions of customers back year after year?
We concepted, shot and produced over 40 pieces of Instagram and TikTok content that captured the sensorial nature of the season, while finding ways to reimagine the experience by cueing newer or reimagined holiday traditions.
We even offically launched #RedCupDay. The reusable Red Cup is a crowd favorite, year after year, and millions of customers show up on the assigned day to claim their Red Cup. Seeing that our customers would refer to the day it's available as "Red Cup Day", we decided to make it an official event using #RedCupDay as a rallying cry for customers everywhere to grab their cup. We shot the cup using a heroic angle to truly capture the excitement of this day.
