She began her career in Mumbai where she convinced India’s best creative agency to hire her without an advertising degree. She’s since moved to NYC and created impactful ideas for brands at the intersection of art, culture and storytelling. Across TV spots, TikTok content and immersive activations, she brings thoughtful and precise craft to every idea.
Nityasya likes to make things that disrupt the status quo, and center voices that are disenfranchised. She created South Asian Memory Work in 2021 to celebrate the complexity and expansiveness of the South Asian American experience. Her debut documentary will be out January 2024.
